"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"Overall a decent stay. Great location to Kokura Station, only a 3-5 min walk to get there. Unfortunately, no complimentary breakfast but there are many food options nearby. Rooms were standard business hotel rooms, nothing to rave about. My best experience here was my interaction with customer service. They were professional and friendly and went beyond my expectations. "We, a family of three stayed in a clean and spacious room for six nights. We were welcomed by helpful and very polite staff. Quiet area around and a supermarket was nearby. There was covered parking area available. I will recommend to travellers who want to stay away from the busy city center and have a car in their trip."
