CASA DEL MARE is a modern maisonette that was renovated in 2019 and combines modern architecture, central location that offers the visitor an experience of Greek hospitality with the special care of the owners.  
All spaces are designed to offer comfort, luxury, spaciousness and privacy.  
A truly independent maisonette with the most amazing enchanting view of the endless blue of the Aegean.  
Mount Athos, Thassos Island, Samothrace Island.  
In the open sky and the blue of the sea, nature meets luxury and offers visitors an atmosphere of peace, tranquility and exclusivity.  
CASA DEL MARE is a tribute to modern architecture that takes its place among the best houses in Kavala.  
Kavala is certainly full of beaches of breathtaking beauty.   
The neighbouring beach of Kalamitsa, with crystal clear turquoise waters, is considered one of the best beaches in area, it is fully organised and has been awarded the blue flag.  
But also the beaches of Rapsani,Batis,Ammolofoi and many others, will not let you get bored.  
CASA DEL MARE is located on the western side of the Town, where the best beaches of Kavala are located.  
The Rapsani area where Casa Del Mare is located is ideal for walking and running and will not deprive you of your favorite sports during your vacation.   
Walk in the relaxing environment of CASA DEL MARE, with the sea breeze and mountain wind(Panagouda grove) to cool you down and keep you company.  
We also want you to know that the owner is always willing to help you organize your vacation and solve any problem that may arise.
