Great hotel
The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and accommodating. They made us large cups of Turkish coffee for free.

We reached Medi Otel around 6 am on Nov.18 they charged us 39$ for early check in. Room was untidy Ac and Wi-Fi was not working. Our reservation was till Nov 20 but we checked out in the evening of same day. I need refund of that reservation. Thanking you
