The Space:  
This exclusive apartment is located on the fourth floor, allowing visitors to enjoy from the furnished balcony a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery, as well as the nearby pond. It's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors in an intimate setting. The unit is designed for four people. In the bedroom stands a sofa bed in a distinctive dark yellow shade, as well as a desk with an office chair allowing for comfortable remote work. In the living room, too, stands a double sofa along with a coffee table, a capacious closet, a dining table with chairs, an armchair and cabinets. Both rooms are equipped with televisions with access to cable channels, where you can relax in the evenings. Quick and convenient preparation of meals is provided by a functionally furnished kitchenette. It contains such appliances as a microwave, induction cooktop, oven, capsule coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries set with towels, a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer await guests. The apartment also has a crib and highchair to offer, as well as a remote-controlled fan. The decor is bright and elegant. It is dominated by subtle shades of beige, which creates a cozy atmosphere.

This modern building is located in a quiet neighborhood full of greenery, right next to an area with picturesque ponds. It is a great place to relax for parents traveling with children, as well as for remote working business travelers and friends planning a trip together. Those who love relaxing by the water can enjoy the beautiful views here and walk to the beach with a swimming area in a quarter of an hour, while those who appreciate physical activity have at their disposal, among other things, a tennis court and a canoe landing 8 minutes' walk from the property, as well as an outdoor gym that can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Those traveling with pets are only a 5-minute walk from the dog run. Convenient and fast procurement of necessary groceries is made possible by the close proximity of a store - it is located a 7-minute walk away. On the other hand, it is only a 13-minute walk to the shopping center. It takes 10-13 minutes to reach the bowling alley, the railway station and the city market with its beautiful architecture, while the car route to the airport takes only 3 minutes. Extensive dining facilities mean that visitors can enjoy delicious dishes from a variety of corners of the world. The nearest restaurant can be reached in 4 minutes, and a cafe in 6 minutes. There are free public parking spaces in the area, which can be used by motorized guests.
