### Global Park Royal Studio

Global Park Royal Studio is located in an excellent spot, just 700 meters from the Market Square in Katowice. The Market Square is a central place in the heart of the city, serving as a key hub for social life, entertainment, and gatherings. Located in the historic center, the Square is surrounded by historic buildings, cafes, restaurants, and shops, creating an atmosphere rich in history and character. It’s a lively place, especially during warm days when many residents and tourists enjoy the vibrant ambiance. It offers a variety of attractions, including cultural events, open-air concerts, festivals, and fairs that draw in locals and visitors from different places. A 20-minute walk will take you to the University of Silesia. Nearby, there are many tourist sites worth visiting, such as the Silesian Philharmonic, the Silesian Museum, the Silesian Theatre, Spodek Arena, and the Valley of Three Ponds. A 25-minute public transport ride will take you to Silesian Park. Silesian Park hosts numerous cultural events, concerts, and festivals year-round. The park includes a modern planetarium where visitors can explore the wonders of the universe. It also offers various recreational facilities, including jogging and cycling paths, tennis courts, and open spaces for diverse recreational activities. It also has a zoo, allowing visitors to observe and learn more about a variety of animal species.  
  
The apartment’s neighborhood is full of shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, service points, and shopping centers such as Galeria Katowicka and Silesia City Center. The location is convenient for easy mobility, thanks to numerous bus and tram stops (Sokolska, Dąbrówki, Sobieskiego, Plac Wolności, Sądowa) as well as Katowice Main Railway Station.  
  
Global Park Royal Studio features a stylishly furnished living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to various amenities, including free WiFi, a TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and kitchenware. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning, providing extra comfort, especially on hot days. A parking space in the building is also available for guests.  
  
To start your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene products, such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note, however, that these items are available in limited quantities and are primarily intended for the first days of your stay. To ensure comfort for the remainder of your stay, we recommend purchasing additional supplies according to your needs.
