As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund. PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date. Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking. It is a bit of a hilly distance from town but with a car it was no problem for us. The house was very neat and clean, the beds and the loungeroom seating were comfy and there was heating in every room. The kitchen was adequately supplied (but couldn't find a coffee maker of any sort) and we had no problem with the bathroom where we'd have to agree with others that the shower cabinet is rather small. It was well equipped and had all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would contest is the "walking distance to town".
