Property Summary  
At Villa Legović, a single-family house located 1 km from the center of Kaštelir and 11 km from Poreč, you will enjoy a tranquil and sunny retreat. The property boasts a private fenced garden spanning 2,000 m2, complete with a lawn, wildlife garden, and an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) available seasonally from May 1st to October 5th, featuring an internal staircase. Relax on the 20 m2 terrace with garden furniture or fire up the barbecue. The house offers internet access, a washing machine, and parking for up to 4 cars on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The property's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable, encompassing a sprawling 2,000 m2 fenced area. Immerse yourself in nature with the well-manicured lawn and enchanting wildlife garden. Take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm), which is available from May 1st to October 5th and features an internal staircase for easy access. Enjoy alfresco dining on the 20 m2 terrace, complete with garden furniture and a convenient barbecue area.

This 4-room house has a spacious living/dining room with a satellite TV featuring a flat screen and air conditioning. The living/dining room provides access to a terrace. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and has an exit leading to a balcony. Another bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm) and an en-suite shower/WC. The third bedroom accommodates two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate bath/bidet/WC. Please note that this property does not have a heating option.
