The open kitchen is fully furnished with essential appliances such as a hot plate, oven, gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, accessible via a steep staircase, there is an entrance hall with air conditioning and a bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet.

During your vacation stay, you can enjoy various amenities including heating and air conditioning for your comfort. The property features a terrace spanning 27 square meters, complete with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining.
