The property offers a private fenced area of 275 square meters, complete with a seasonal swimming pool (7 x 4 meters, depth of 145 cm), an outdoor shower, a table tennis area, a terrace (10 square meters), garden furniture, and a barbecue. Inside, you'll find internet access and a washing machine. Parking is available for up to two cars on the premises. Whether you're planning a vacation rental or a holiday rental, this property provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy the great outdoors at Villa Aria Blue with its private fenced area spanning 275 square meters. The living/dining room features cozy furnishings, a satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a shower/WC on the main level. The upper floor contains two rooms, each with a double bed (90 cm wide, 200 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (130 cm wide, 200 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning. The upper level also features a shower/WC and a separate WC. The property has floor heating.
