This newly renovated apartment in the traditional stone house is located first row to the sea. It's also just 3 min walking to the beautiful beach. For your convenience, we also provide two free private parking spots. Book this apartment and treat yourself to a memorable holiday in Kastel Stari! \*\*\*\* About the apartment: You'll love to stay in this modern and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with the beautiful sea view. It's located on the first floor in a renovated dalmatian traditional stone house at the seafront. Apartment is 80 m2 size, has two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area and one bathroom. You'll have a great temperature control as it has two air-condition units - one in the living room and second one in the master bedroom. Everything Kastel Stari has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - restaurants, caffe bars, beach… Round pebble beach is just 3 min walking from the apartment. Living room has large LCD TV with cable channels, cozy large sofa and air-condition unit. Both bedrooms have one comfortable double bed and smart LED TV. Kitchen is equipped with two stoves, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer. We provide two free parking spots in the yard of the house. You also get Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge. Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance. A short walk to the beach and a selection of local restaurants, yet 10 mins from the airport, the appartment offered space, peace and quiet from the huddle and bustle of the easily accessible Split. It was clean, characterful and comfortable with plenty of space for a family of four with two tall teenagers. Equipped with two TVs, Wi Fi and a well stocked kitchen, we were missing nothing. Comfortable beds, an adjustable sofa and a large shower room gave us the space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to others. The only downside is being under the flight path. That said, the convenience and quality of finish make it worth the compromise. ##### Helen H. It was newly renovated, beautiful, quiet, clean, and only a short staircase up compared to our previous places that we needed to climb 83 stairs each time. The town was quaint and relaxing.
