Villa Kvarner house offers a delightful 3-family vacation rental in Kastav, just 7 km from the coastal town of Opatija and 9.5 km from Rijeka, Croatia. Nestled in a serene and sunny elevated position amidst the countryside, this property boasts a shared 2,000 m2 garden with a lawn, plants, and a 7 x 4 m angular swimming pool (available seasonally from July 1 to October 1) with an internal staircase. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Internet Wi-Fi access and on-premises parking are provided for your convenience.

The property encompasses 2,000 m2 of shared outdoor space, including a well-manicured lawn and beautifully landscaped plants. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool measuring 7 x 4 m with a depth of 150 cm, which is available seasonally from July 1 to October 1 and features an internal staircase for easy access. Enjoy al fresco dining or lounging on the spacious 30 m2 terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue area. An outdoor shower and hot tub further enhance the luxurious outdoor experience.

It features a living/dining room that includes a double sofabed (140 cm in width, 190 cm in length), satellite TV, and air conditioning. The living/dining room also provides access to the balcony. There is one bedroom with a French bed (180 cm in width, 200 cm in length) and a TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that has an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and toilet. Other amenities include heating, a 7-square-meter balcony with furniture, a washing machine, a safe, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Please note that heating is available only between September 1 and June 30 and is included in the price.
