### LUXURY SUMMER HOUSE NEAR THE BEACH

A luxurious 70 sqm fully equipped holiday home ideal for families with mountain children and organized beaches with sun loungers and umbrellas,restaurants,bars, cafffe shops, super markets , all within 150 meters of the complex.  
The bus stop is 50 meters from the house.  
This house is located in a residential complex with direct access from the garden, has outdoor garden furniture, individual outbuilding, plasma TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kitchenette, DVD player toaster, toaster, air conditioning.  
There is space for free parking around the complex except for the numbered seats.  
Lastly, there is a communal green space of 1000 meters with two on-premises where all tenants can access.  
An ideal home for a holiday in the mountains and the sea in complete tranquility amidst a lush landscape of trees.
