Villa Kalkan Ruya is a brand new luxury villa in Kalkan town centre. The villa is located just a 5 minutes walking distance to sea, beaches, restaurants and shops. It is one of the best villas in the town centre. The villa has been built very modern and luxury inside and outside. Outside, there is a large pool with stunning views overlooking the Kalkan sea and plenty of space around it to relax on the sun-loungers provided.
The Space:
Villa Kalkan Ruya has fabulous sea views.
Pool Terrace :
Sunbathing area, Private swimming pool, Private garden, BBQ, Sunshade, Parasols, Outside al-fresco dining area is also provided.

Kitchen :
The amazing kitchen is situated off the lounge area and it is large and well equipped. Set to the side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large square table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 6). The kitchen is modern and has a good design.
There is a dining area with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pans and glasses etc. It has a fully equipped kitchen.
Lounge :
It has high quality marble floor throughout and a spacious and airy lounge with comfortable luxury sofas and armchairs seating 6\. There is a flat screen TV with satellite TV available and DVD player as well. The lounge is designed for your comfort and relaxation.
The utility room has a washing machine and iron & ironing board - which is accessed via the kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor as well.

Ground Floor
Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom with an en-suite facilities. There is a wardrobe, vanity, and air-con. This room access to pool terrace as well.
First Floor
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with an en-suite. There is a vanity unit and air-conditioning. This room has a private balcony with stunning sea views.
Bedroom 3 is double bedroom with an en-suite. There is a vanity unit and air-conditioning. This room has a private balcony with stunning ocean views.
General
Private swimming pool, BBQ, Wi-Fi unlimited internet, Table tennis, Private parking space, CCTV, Towels and Linen provided, A weekly clean and linen change is carried out.
Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £200 subject to no damage.
