### Villa Bono Luxury 6 bedroom

A new addition to Kalkan’s high-end holiday properties, Villa Bono is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Mediterranean pearl in Kalamar Bay. Highly sought after, this is a stunning, luxury with a unique design and state of the art appliances. It’s magnificent pool terrace and colossal infinity pool enjoys breathtaking vistas of both Kalkan and Kisla Bay. Outdoor lounge areas are plenty, and there is alfresco dining facilities with a stone-oven BBQ.  
  
Interiors are bright and spacious, with wall length windows throughout allowing in lots of sunlight and maximizing on the spectacular views. In fact, the wall length windows extend to stairwells, landings and even bathrooms –so being indoors doesn’t mean missing out on the outdoors. The décor is stylish with retro elements.  
The villa is approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute downhill walk to the sea and the nearest beach club.  
  
A flight of stairs takes you up to a self contained apartment with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sun terrace with beautiful views across the bay. Apartment sleeps 2 (the self contained apartment is the 6th bedroom).  
  
The pool terrace is split level with the lower area having a smaller pool and shaded gazebo with comfy seating.  
  
Ground Floor:  
• Twin bedroom with large ensuite shower room. The bedroom has large doors opening onto the pool terrace and enjoys beautiful sea views.  
• Spacious living area with flat-screen TV and access to pool terrace

• Open plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with state of the art appliances which include oven, halogen hob on island unit, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher
