Just Excellent all round

The apartment is in a great location, close to town but quiet. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean, the size of a villa! The outside space is just excellent. A large private pool, that you can actually swim in, its south facing, so you get the sun all day, and a lovely walled garden with a pergola and additional seating area. The host was excellent with her communication and recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Elmas apartment!

Amazing apartment that feels like a villa

Fantastic apartment, but being on the ground (and first) floor with a private pool felt like staying in a villa. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all you need for your holiday. Beds were very comfortable and the water cooler was an excellent addition. The pool was lovely, and 140cm deep all over. Loungers were excellent quality and deep comfortable padded covers. Josie was so helpful in the lead up to our holiday and once we got there. There is a supermarket 5mins walk away and another just a further few minutes. Walking into town was easy and only about 15 minutes. Harder on the way home as up hill, but a taxi only 150tl. If you have not been Kalkan is a lovely town, with lots of great restaurants (lots rooftop), bars and shops. Great for designer fakes. Thanks Josie for letting us stay in your lovely apartment 😊.

Fabulous Stay-Highly Recommended

We had a fabulous stay at Elmas, Elif Apartments. Communication from Josie from the start was excellent. Elmas was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The cleaners came several times during our stay and the pool man daily. The outside areas was fabulous, we really enjoyed winding down by the pool after hard days sunbathing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. I have been to Kalkan many times, and this property was one of the best places we have stayed. It's an easy stroll into town, although we did make use of Ahmet our FB friendly taxi driver for trips to Beach Clubs. Our FB favourites were Yali, Indigo and Kalamar. The property is also very handy for the Bus Station which we used for a few trips to Kas which was only 8.5 tlr. It is also handy for The Junction restaurant which is a firm favourite of ours. I really can't praise the property enough and Josie for her care and attention to detail and great communication. Thank you again, we hope to be back for a few visits next year and will hopefully get to stay at Elmas again and again.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful location.

From start to finish the whole experience of this apartment was fantastic. The owners were attentive to all questions and helpful throughout the holiday communicating to ensure all was ok. The apartment itself is just stunning. Set in a beautiful location and the inside and outside of this apartment is of a high standard. A lovely outdoor pool and area and a bonus of another seating area for evening drinks or morning chats. The inside modern and stylish and very comfortable. Attention to detail in all rooms and helpful and friendly services for cleaning and answering any queries whilst away. I would highly recommend booking this apartment for a holiday to the beautiful Kalkan a place definitely worth a visit. Stunning views, lots to do and amazing places to eat.

Excellent Apartment , fab pool!

Well what can I say. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and the owners have thought of everything - it is so well equipped. I have stayed in villas in Kalkan but this apartment is as spacious as a villa but it has a much larger pool and far more outside space. A lovely walled garden with seating area and a pergola and plenty of space around the pool as well as an outside dinning area. Location is perfect with a short walk to the town but very peaceful and very private. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous holiday. This is our 3rd time to Kalkan and never get board of it. fantastic restaurants with magnificent views across the sea, friendly, warm welcoming people cannot recommend it highly enough. Your owner Josie was extremely helpful with arranging our holiday from arranging airport pickups, the best options what to do about exchanging currency. The apartment was situated in a good location 10 mins walk down the hill into the old town, for the energetic ones its an invigorating walk back up the hill, but there are plenty of taxi's that will take you back for just £2. The apartment itself was done to a very high standard with a double room downstairs and 2 single beds in another room, both good sizes. The master bedroom upstairs with en suite was plenty big enough and a balcony that had spectacular views of the sea and mountains which was particularly pretty at night. All mod cons as you would expect from a luxury villa and it was the simple things like water cooler that made the final touch. Outside there was a reasonable sized pool with 5 reclining sun loungers a outside dining area which was plenty big enough for a family of 5 with wind down canopy & 2 large umbrellas. beyond the pool was a raised area with pagoda and soft chairs and table that you could sit around to take shade from the sun or sit around in the evening with a glass of something while relaxing with outside lighting and candles that made the mood very peaceful and tranquil. I would highly recommend this apartment and I am sure we will be back again in the near future if not to rent, but to buy!

The Elmas Apartment is lovely, it is very well equipped and the outdoor space is excellent.

The Elmas apartment is a great place to stay in Kalkan, it is at the top of the town located on a quiet road, the banks and supermarkets are close by and only a 10 mins walk into the village. The outdoor space is excellent, plenty of sunbeds and a great pool, inside you have everything thing you need, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are a good size. I would recommend this apartment.
