Akasya Dio is a stylish Hillside Villa with Spectacular Views, nestled in an elevated area, in the tranquil green hills of Kordere, and it offers a serene retreat with breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay.   
Part of a trio of villas, this west-facing property enjoys a private setting, its own parking, and captivating sunsets. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, and space for up to six guests, Akasya Dio is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy.  
This charming holiday home is the middle unit in the complex, strategically positioned to maximize the unparalleled view of the bay. (For this reason, a relatively powerful vehicle is recommended).  
Key Features  
Interior: Open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining for six, three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), three bathrooms, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and ample facilities for a totally relaxing stay away from it all.  
Exterior: Private 10m x 4m infinity pool with jacuzzi, shaded dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, and parking.  
Layout  
Akasya Dio features single-story living, blending contemporary design with the charm of the Turquoise Coast. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning sea views. The dining space offers a sleek table for six, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a family-sized fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, ensures you have everything you need for a stress-free stay.  
The villa's three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with local woods and calming neutral tones. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an in-room jacuzzi, and an en-suite marble bathroom with a walk in shower. The second double bedroom also includes an en-suite shower room and opens directly onto the pool terrace. The third twin bedroom, ideal for children or friends, has two single beds and its own adjacent shower room.  
Outdoor Living  
Step outside to a beautifully designed terrace featuring a private infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi, perfect for lounging and cooling off. Six comfortable sunbeds and a shaded seating area invite relaxation, while the dining table and barbecue make alfresco meals a delight. A small lawn and landscaped garden add to the villa's charm, providing a soft, green escape.

Accommodation Tax: Each guest is required to pay an accommodation tax of €5.00 per person, per property.
