### Priva Villas 3

The master bedroom occupies the prime location at the front of the villa with spectacular views of the private pool and garden. Sliding doors open onto a large pool terrace giving the room ready access to nature all year round. The en-suite bathroom has a sunken bath and an outdoor shower area. The villa offers one guest bedroom with access to a bathroom. Each bedroom overlooks a pool and garden.  
  
Each bedroom is provided with separate air-conditioning units and built-in wardrobes.  
  
Living areas The villa offers a large living space with sliding doors and large windows to offer a spectacular view of the private pool and garden. A large front door opens to a pool terrace that connects with private infinity pool. Panel ceilings with resort style ceiling fan and granite tile flooring enhance the feeling of space and luxury, while maintaining a cool environment. The living room is provided with air-conditioning.  
Kitchen   
The kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining area. The villa provides built-in sink, stove, and large cabinets.  
  
Parking   
The villa offers covered parking spaces for two cars.  
  
Garden   
The villa offers private garden for you to enjoy the private and tranquil tropical scenery. The villa also opens up to the front lawn.  
  
Maid Room   
The villa offers a maid's room with bathroom, which can be transformed into other types of room to fit your lifestyle.  
  
Materials Each villa combines the use of the very best local materials (teak wood, granite, slate, and sandstone) with imported fittings and engineering systems. For durability, the main house structure will be reinforced concrete decorated with teak wood and spacious lightings. Ceilings are decorated with a resort style ceiling fan. The floor is covered with granite tiles.
