les taxis de l hôtel sont des voleurs et très agressif . l'hôtel lui même est bien . de la musique de bars qui gênent tout de même pour dormir. c'est un hôtel pour les russes car il ne parlent pas français et très peu l'anglais a vous de faire des efforts pour comprendre.

Très dur de dormir à cause du bruit
L'hôtel est trop près de nombreux bars qui diffusent de la musique trop forte tard dans la nuit, impossible de dormir. Les trois piscines sont assez sympathiques mais deux n'étaient pas entretenues et l'une d'elle est devenue tellement verte que personne n'osait se baigner. Le personnel de la réception est vraiment désagréable à l'exception de quelques uns. Le ménage n'est pas fait avant 15H et quand vous rentrez et voulez vous reposer en mettant "ne pas déranger" la femme de ménage vous appelle à 15H20 en disant qu'elle va finir sa journée donc pas de papier toilette ni de ménage si vous rentrez d'excursion matinale. L'hôtel est très près de la plage, juste une route à traverser, c'est une des seules plages nettoyées de l'île. La chambre était refaite à neuf mais ne dispose aucunement d'un coin cuisine comme indiqué dans le descriptif de l'hôtel, et comme confirmé par la direction il n'y a aucune chambre équipée de coin cuisine.

À éviter si vous voulez dormir et hygiène moyenne
Situé bien trop près de bars à concert et musique en direct il est impossible de dormir à cause du bruit. Les trois piscines sont sympathiques mais deux ne sont pas assez nettoyées et une était carrément devenue de couleur verte en quelques jours signe d'un manque de nettoyage. Le personnel est dans la majorité très désagréable, il y a heureusement des exceptions, mais cela change des autres hôtels de Phuket. Il n'y avait que des Russes dans ce grand hôtel, qui arrivent et partent très tôt en faisant beaucoup se bruits et s'ennivrent de bière pas chère le reste du temps, quitte à être saouls et mettre la musique à fond la nuit, de plus ils ne se lavent jamais avant de se baigner bien qu'étant plein de sueurs. Le ménage n'est fait avant 15 heures donc si vous voulez faire la sieste adieu le ménage et rouleau de toilettes. Les piscines ferment à 18 heures, heure de retour de la plupart des excursions à la journée. La plage est très proche et c'est la seule nettoyée de Phuket a priori.

It may only be a 3 star resort but it was more than adequate. We loved our spa suite as there were no stairs to negotiate. It was also easy access to the beach across the road. The staff were all lovely, especially Pop & Thatika in the restaurant/bar. The other restaurants very close by were tried and given a huge tick of approval. There are also minimarts and other shops close by too. We would return.

Do not stay in a Standard room in this hotel! The standard rooms are in an annex behind the pictured buiding, it is set in an ugly area. On arrival to the room, the balcony door would not lock. I went to the toliet, the water looked yellow, as if not flushed after use, so i flushed the loo before using it. After I used the tolilet, it would not flush. I reported this to reception, someone came to look at it and i saw then again after i quick trip to the beach, in our room. The loo flushed ( the water in the bowl is yellow). But they stated I had to wait for the toilet to refil. I waited and waited in the room. It did not refil. I when to reception and stated what had happened and that waiting for 30 minutes for a toliet to reflush was unacceptable and that the room was not nice and a security risk. I paid the 500baht per night to get a room upgrade and the stay was average after that.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The pools are lovely and the pool bar was a winner on those long, hot days. The Wi-Fi is really slow (between 1.0 - 1.8 Mbps), but I would go there again.

Room was nice with balcony unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work at all the whole week and despite our complaints they never attended to it as promised. One week without WiFi is too much. The restaurant was awful we couldn’t eat there not even breakfast. Unfortunately a negative attitude among staff whenever there was a complaint and there were several. I will not come back.

Väldigt hårda sängar, även för att vara i Thailand. Vi bad till och med om extra bäddmadrasser, hjälpte lite men inte mycket 😊 Restaurangen på hotellet hade stort urval på frukost, lunch och middag var också helt ok och man fick 10% rabatt på notan. Superfint poolområde med poolbar. Hotellet låg tvärs över från stranden i Karon och på promenadavstånd från Kata beach. Hade det inte varit för sängarna så har jag definitivt kommit tillbaka igen!

Excellent location at the best beach in Phuket, as soon as you are out of the hotel, Karon beach is at 20 mts, breakfast is fine, you may pay 500 baht to the any of the highlights in Phuket, I advise to rent a car 700-900 baht a day. There is a lot of restaurants near to the hotel so don’t worry you can eat anything you like.

Отель в целом понравился, хорошие завтраки, много блюд на выбор плюс шведский стол. Также радует время завтраков - с 6:00 до 10:30,что удобно для экскурсий. Хорошая система кондиционирования номера, работает автономно, не нужно вставлять ключ чтобы включилась. Приходишь с жары и сразу в прохладную комнату. Хотелось, конечно, номер с видом на море, но они были недоступны из-за ремонта, и мы наслаждались видом на ремонтируемый корпус. Бассейн довольно большой и протяженный, вода озонируется, а не хлорируется, по ощущениям. Один раз забыли принести комплект полотенец для душа, но ничего, благо, предоставляются полотенца для пляжа, которые возвращаешь также в номер. Удобное расположение, прям через дорогу пляж Карон, стоянка такси. В целом, понравилось.

The pools are amazing, three different types. Virtually on the beach, and the sea is really warm. Slight communication issues when trying to inform us of a change of time, causing us to nearly miss a trip. Hotel room is nice. Lovely shower
