The modern furnishings consist of high-quality materials and thoughtful details that will make your stay a special experience. The holiday flat is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, from kitchen appliances and comfortable furniture to fresh towels and bed linen, so you don\`t have to worry about a thing and can simply relax.  
  
The flat is located close to an S-Bahn station. The city centre and its shopping mile, as well as sights such as the castle and several museums are just a few minutes\` walk away.  
  
From 1 July 2025, the city of Karlsruhe will levy a visitor\`s tax per person per day - this is mandatory. Business travellers are not exempt from this tax.  
Payment of the tax is due upon arrival and will not be deducted from the room rate.
