Welcome to our charming holiday home, which is located in the middle of an idyllic forest area on the Baltic Sea dunes and offers you an unforgettable stay. Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or want to experience an active time on the beach - here you will find everything your heart desires and all within just a few minutes' walk. Our holiday apartments impress with their cozy atmosphere and modern furnishings.

The maisonette-style apartment has an open living area with a comfortable double bed, a seating and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (with integrated washing machine) where you can develop your culinary skills. A spiral staircase leads to an extra bedroom under the roof with two single beds, which offers an ideal place for children to sleep due to the low ceiling height. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Relax on your own terrace with a view of the green garden and forest, where you can unwind.

The holiday home is equipped with two separate holiday apartments. This apartment is on the ground floor, has its own entrance and a spacious terrace. The garden can be shared by both apartments.

* If a baby bed or high chair is required, please state this when booking
* There is a stand-alone grill available for the house. This is therefore shared between the apartments. Please discuss this with each other if necessary and clean the grill after use, just as you would like to find it
*The outdoor area is still being optimized due to renovation work.

The location of our holiday home is simply unbeatable. Surrounded by a picturesque forest and dunes with hiking and cycling trails and just a few minutes' walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the German Baltic coast, it offers you the perfect starting point for exploring the area. Take a bike tour along the coast, explore the partially lovingly historically restored places nearby, such as Wolgast, Zinnowitz and the Kaiserbäder, or simply relax on the beach and let the sun work its magic on you. The Karlshagen sports beach with various activities is located very close to our section of beach. There are many other ways to pass the time even when the weather is bad, spread across the entire island. Don't hesitate to ask.
