The complex is idyllically located behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea, the beach is about 150 m. To the house belongs a bicycle shed. Talk to us if you want to barbecue. Concert shell, restaurants, a beauty and massage salon (3 minutes on foot) and a tennis court belong to the immediate vicinity. Breakfast is possible in the hotel's own restaurant "Max" at the hotel guests price. Self-caterers receive daily fresh rolls, newspapers and more at Emma's store. House Ute with terrace 13 (SA): The 2007 built house (130 square meters) has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. The studio has 2 more sleeping accommodations. Cots can be booked. Jun 12, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Sonnenhaus Das Haus war ausreichend groß für 7 Personen (2 Kinder). 4 von 8 Betten waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc. war gut, aber nicht vollständig. Geworben wird mit 2 Bädern im Haus, das muss man einschränken. 1 Bad (oben) ist völlig überdimensioniert (3-Eck-Wanne), hat 2 Waschbecken, aber nur eine winzig kleine Duschkabine. Das untere Bad ist als solches unakzeptabel, viel zu klein, nur ein Mini-Waschbecken und eine ebenfalls viel zu enge Dusche. Das größte Manko: Die Häuser stehen mit der Wohn- und Schlafzimmerseite voll in der Sonne! Es gibt keinerlei Verschattungsmöglichkeit und auch keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Dies führte selbst Ende Mai schon dazu, dass sich das Haus und vor allem die beiden Schlafzimmer zu stark aufgewärmt haben und es morgens schon immer sehr früh taghell war. Das ist unakzeptabel, hier muss der Vermieter Abhilfe schaffen, z.B. durch Außenjalousien. Verdunklungsvorhänge sind ebenfalls unabdingbar. Wie das im Hochsommer bei 30 Grad zu ertragen sein soll, erschließt sich mir nicht. An einigen Stellen zeigen sich deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, so z.B. an den Kanten der Holztreppe. Ich empfehle dem Vermieter, hier mal eine Woche im Hochsommer selbst zu wohnen, um die Mängel zu erkennen und abzustellen. Ebenfalls zu bemängeln ist die Performance des Internets im W-Lan, das funktionierte partiell überhaupt nicht. Wer es im Urlaub braucht für´s Homeoffice, der sei vorgewarnt.
