### Apartment Type 1 - Holiday House "Karsten"

2-room apartment, living space 35 m², living room with kitchenette, sofa, color TV, radio (satellite system), bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Pitches for cars and bicycles on the property of the family house. Community space ("Klönecke") with barbecue,  
  
\- comfortable and lovingly furnished apartments (new building) in a sunny location - quiet residential area between the harbor and the Baltic Sea; both within a few minutes reachable, north side (street) wooded, - in the apartments smoking is not allowed with respect to subsequent guests. However, a smoking corner is located in the backyard area ("Klönecke") - the required bed linen is to be booked separately as an extra service (linen package) or before arrival at the landlord for the price of 10 € / pers. to be ordered.- Hand towels, shower and tea towels are to be brought along or can be borrowed from the landlord (price as needed).
