Villa Golic is a charming 3-family house situated in the picturesque village of Cesarica, just 7 km from the coastal town of Karlobag. Boasting a spacious property of 700 m2, it offers a delightful outdoor area with a lawn, beautifully landscaped with plants. Guests can enjoy the convenience of an on-site swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 150 cm), available seasonally from May 1st to October 15th. Additionally, the property features an outdoor shower, a barbecue area with a swing, and the pool is meticulously maintained by the owner/gardener. Internet access is available within the house, and parking is provided on the premises, ensuring a comfortable and convenient holiday rental experience.

The outdoor spaces at Villa Golic are truly captivating. Surrounded by lush greenery and manicured lawns, the property boasts a fenced area of 700 m2, offering ample space for relaxation and recreation. The highlight is undoubtedly the seasonal swimming pool, which measures 7 x 3 m and covers an area of 24 m2, with a depth of 150 cm.
