The location of the house is ideal, the ski bus, ski school, the center of Kaprun and the beginners ski lift are approx. 300 meters away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and, in addition to a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn, offers a spacious living room with a built-in wall bed and a cozy seating area, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room and a terrace. The holiday home has a ski storage room and a garage with parking space. Vacation in Kaprun means vacation between glacier, mountain and lake.
