Centrally located yet quiet, the WATERFRONT LOUNGE offers a stunning view of the harbour with its boats and colourful hustle and bustle. The small shops on the promenade invite you to stroll and shop, and the well-stocked EDEKA supermarket with a bakery caters for all your daily needs. Guests can easily reach their holiday home by lift and look straight ahead through the open-plan living/dining area with its floor-to-ceiling windows onto the harbour. Could it be more beautiful? With a view of the waterfront with the harbour, the floating houses and the Baltic Sea, every meal becomes a special kind of holiday experience. The perfectly equipped eat-in kitchen makes it possible to prepare a wide variety of dishes and baked goods. The modern concrete look of the floor serves as a platform for the stylish and cosy furnishings. High-quality oak furniture and a fine teak table as well as the comfortable lounge furniture exude elegance and a cosy atmosphere. The sofa can be converted into a double bed with an exquisite mattress in just a few simple steps. In the living area you will find a smart TV for alternative entertainment. In the bedroom, a comfortable double box-spring bed promises restful sleep and a Smart TV is available for cosy movie nights.
