The apartment is located directly on the banks of the Schlei and offers an unobstructed view over the nature reserve and the Schlei from the entire living and dining area. Open-plan, modernly furnished and at ground level, the holiday apartment Baltica not only allows full comfort, but also promises a holiday feeling. An unobstructed view of the Schlei shore through floor-to-ceiling windows characterises the living/dining area of the holiday apartment. The modern, clean furnishing style is interrupted by effective colour accents in front of the panoramic waterfront. The passing sailing ships are best observed from the terrace directly adjacent to the living area. Right next to the idyllic nature reserve and with a view of the expanse of the Schlei, you can relax here far away from everyday life. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. Two bedrooms offer space for four adults and provide access to the second terrace, which is south-facing and promises sun all day long. Both bedrooms are equipped with an additional TV and permanently installed screen doors. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the single beds in the second bedroom can be easily pushed together. There is another place to sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area of the holiday apartment - wake up and go to sleep with a view. The large bathroom makes wellness fans' hearts beat faster, as it has a whirlpool bath and a sauna (infrared cabin). A floor-level shower provides additional comfort. A private car park is located directly in front of the house. And those travelling with bicycles can park them conveniently in their own storage room directly in front of the house. Our favourite spot: Take a seat at the dining table and enjoy the direct view of the Schlei, the stylish furnishings and the pure feeling of being on holiday. Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Auf der Terrasse findet man noch Spuren von Silvester, die Grundreinigung des Objektes liegt auch etwas zurück, auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick sauber ist. Es fehlt im ORO Infrastruktur, viele Häuser, kein Angebot. Dicker Pluspunkt: Service der Agentur ist top! ##### Heike O. Von der Terasse aus kann man gut auf das Wasser schauen. Für den Badestrand muss man allerdings etwas weiter laufen. Da das Wetter nicht optimal dafür war hat es uns absolut nicht gestört. Als der Grill nicht funktioniert hat, haben wir am nächsten Tag sofort einen neuen erhalten. Top!! ##### Gizem Y. Séjour de 6 nuits en août 2018 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Christiane G. 14 mai 2018 #### Traumwohnung in Top-Lage Die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Top-Ausstattung, komfortabel, alles nahezu neu, sauber und gepflegt. Wirklich umgehauen hat uns aber der Ausblick mit der Ostsee direkt vor dem großen Panoramafenster. Einfach nur dasitzen und schauen, das hatte schon etwas! Die gesamte Anlage hat uns weniger gefallen. Hier entstehen viele, viele Häuser und Wohnungen, Baulärm auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen. Wie es dort einmal in der Hochsaison sein wird, möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Das aber nur unsere subjektive Meinung, die den Wert dieser einmaligen Top-Wohnung nicht mindern soll. Vielen Dank dafür, dass wir den Hund mitbringen durften! Die gesamte Region ist sehr hundefreundlich! ##### Christiane G. Séjour de 14 nuits en avril 2018 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Lars H. 25 août 2017 #### mehr "Schein" als ""Sein"" Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung der es aber im Detail fehlt. Zum Beispiel hängen die Kabel vom Ferseher frei in der Luft. Auch nicht gut gelungen war die Reinigung, Hundehaare im Durchgang zur Terrasse und Haare auf dem frisch bezogenen Betten. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht für 4 Personen ausgerichtet. Wir waren zu Dritt und hatten nur zu zweit auf dem Sofa platz, unser Sohn musste sich mit einem Stuhl begnügen. Die Küche ist Funktionell und gut ausgestattet. Bad ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit Deckenfenster zur Küche. Gute Idee, wenn man Zuschauer mag ;o). Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen TV, sehr gut! ##### Lars H.
