"Lütthoorn" is located on the western pier of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, directly on the Schlei fjord, with views of the harbor and the Baltic Sea. The entire interior is decorated in modern, natural tones. Thanks to the maritime artwork of the artist Detlef Kellermann, the house offers art and a vacation experience of the highest quality. Through the entrance area, you enter the spacious living and dining area. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the Schlei. Enjoy your coffee on the terrace while taking in this breathtaking panorama. The fireplace invites you to cozy evenings. The fully equipped, modern kitchen allows you to cook to your heart's content. A guest WC completes the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one overlooking the resort's marina and the other the Schlei. Here you can unwind after a long day and drift off to sleep. The bathroom features a very spacious rain shower, perfect for relaxation. The absolute highlight awaits you on the second floor – a Finnish sauna with an adjoining shower. The studio is a perfect place to unwind, and the breathtaking rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea. Two parking spaces and a bicycle shed are available in front of the house. Please note that construction and renovation work is taking place in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder haben mehr versprochen. Begonnen hat es mit einem sehr unpersönlichen Check in, es wurde nur eine Zahlenkombination übermittelt über die wir einen Schlüsseltresor öffnen konnten. Eine persönliche Einweisung hat nicht stattgefunden, so mussten wir uns selbstständig mit dem Haus vertraut machen. Verschiedene Mängel mussten sofort per Email gemeldet werden, ansonsten drohte eine Einbehaltung der Kaution bzw. Belastung der Kreditkarte. Nicht unbedingt der schönste Auftakt in den Urlaub, von einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit war ganz zu schweigen. Offensichtliche Fehler im Inserat wurden heimlich ohne jegliche Entschuldigung geändert. Ursprünglich war angegeben, dass es 3 WCs und eine Waschmaschine gibt. Das defekte WLAN haben wir erst später bemerkt aber aufgrund mangelnder Kommunikation und Zeit gar nicht mehr gemeldet. Im gesamten Haus wurde die Dekoration entfernt wodurch es kühl und lieblos wirkte. Erklären konnten wir uns nicht, warum es in einer Unterkunft für 4 Personen nicht auch 4 Liegen auf der Terrasse gab. Auf den Boden bestand außerdem die permanente Gefahr, dass man sich Holzsplitter einzieht, da die Dielen nicht gut gepflDie Entsorgung des Abfalls stellte sich ebenfalls als etwas umständlich heraus, man muss seinen Abfall an einer ca. 600m entfernten Sammelstelle abwerfen. Man sollte auch wissen, dass man ca. 30 min zum Strand läuft, obwohl man Schlei und Ostsee direkt vor der Nase hat. ##### Maik S. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön und aus unserer Sicht einmalig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht auch der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend, um Kleinigkeiten zu kochen. Lediglich die Waschmaschine hat uns gefehlt (hierauf hatten wir im Vorfeld nicht geachtet).
