And if the beach is not your thing, the popular harbour promenade with its small shops, the sailing harbour and the well-stocked EDEKA supermarket is also very close by. Just like the new maritime mini-golf course, fun for young and old. The DÜNENGRAS holiday apartment offers two terraces with wooden flooring, a beach chair and a beautiful boat bench, inviting you to spend every possible moment in the fresh air. Inside the house, the open-plan living and dining area is bright, friendly and very spacious thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The cosy living area with relaxing sofa and armchair invites you to watch TV, read, play games or simply relax and promises relaxation. The very well-equipped integrated kitchen with adjoining terrace makes cooking an absolute pleasure. Depending on the weather, you can decide whether you want to eat in the modern dining area or outside. This is what a relaxing holiday looks like! DÜNENGRAS is cosy at any time of year, as it has underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove provides further cosy warmth. The two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a TV, are also perfect for relaxing in the comfortable box-spring bed in the master bedroom. Two single box-spring beds are available in the second bedroom. Both rooms offer plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is undoubtedly a highlight with its large rain shower and infrared sauna, turning it into a small private wellness area. The other facilities also leave nothing to be desired for a relaxing wellness day. A washer-dryer is also available. The two car parking spaces directly in front of the house and the lockable bicycle shed, which can accommodate more than just bicycles, are also ideal. Our favourite spot: relax in the beach chair and read in peace. Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Mar 15, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung Selten haben wir, die fast ausschließlich in Ferienwohnungen übernachten, so eine gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden. Neben bequemen Sitzmöbeln und zwei großen TV Geräten mit WLAN ist es vor allem die Zusatzausstattung, die das perfekt macht. Oft findet man den TV in der letzten Ecke platziert, die gerade noch frei war, so dass das Schauen zur Tortur wird. Hier kann man den TV sogar schwenken, so dass man bequem von der Couch, aber auch vom Esstisch schauen kann. In den Kleiderschränken findet man ausreichend Kleiderbügel, die Küche ist mit vielen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet, die sonst selten findet (Nespresso-Maschine zusätzlich zur Kaffeemaschine, Handmixer, Milchschäumer und wirklich scharfe Messer, um nur einige zu nennen). Den Waschtrockner findet man in der Küche hinter einer Blende (ist auf den Bildern deshalb nicht zu sehen). Dazu gibt es auch einen stabilen Trockenständer - super. Wir haben uns in den nasskalten Wintertagen in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke den Eigentümern, dass sie so wohldurchdacht eingerichtet und ausgestattet haben. Zwei PKW Stellplätze vor dem Haus und ein Abstellraum für Räder neben dem Haus. Einen Vorschlag haben wir dennoch: Schön wäre eine Stehlampe zwischen Couch und Sessel als Leselampe. Dann müsste man zum Lesen nicht das Deckenlicht einschalten. Also von uns eine klare Empfehlung - 5 Sterne für die Wohnung. Wir waren hier im Februar. Da war es recht ruhig im ORO. Aber im Sommer?
