My only suggestion would be to have more seating in the living area. The condo can easily sleep 6, but there is only comfortable seating for 4 in the living area unless you sit on a bar stool. The check-in process was seamless, and the property manager was so welcoming. The property itself is pristine and thoughtfully equipped, with plenty of games to keep the kids (ages 8 and 10) entertained. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, and the kind, friendly neighbors only added to the experience. The location offers a lot of privacy and peace, making it the perfect getaway. While the area is quiet, it’s still part of the resort, which wasn’t overly crowded—a great balance for relaxation and convenience. We loved that it was only about a 20-minute walk to the beach, and having the closest ABC store just 30 minutes away was really handy for quick shopping trips. Liam was an excellent host, and we can’t wait to rent this property again. Highly, highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ko Olina! ##### Dario F. Super clean, comfortable memory foam beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs: all you need and more. There is parking on premises(garage). There were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. I would call it partially furnished. We spent a lot of our time on the lanai. The pool was maybe a 5 -10-minute walk away.
