Great stay

We truly enjoyed the property. The slides were the best!! The lazy river was fun for exploration although it doesn’t have a current, FYI. The restaurant next to the pool has really good food and the service is great. Internet can be spotty making TV internet services like Netflix inaccessible at times. Beach is nice and sunrise is awesome. It is not crowded but might not be the safest for kids. Safeway is within walking distance, making it very convenient.

Hawaiian Family Fun

We had an awesome time! Accommodations were perfect! I love that it is on the bottom floor, 50 steps to the beach. We loved to sit on the beach and read in the morning. You can walk to the Coconut Marketplace on a great path with the waves crashing along the way.

Amazing week!

My family of 6 (me, husband, and 4 sons - 14, 12, 9, 5) stayed here for a week and it was just about perfect. The location in the resort was great with easy access to the pool, beach, restaurant, and a nice grassy area right outside for the kids. It was well appointed for our group size, with plenty of sleeping spaces, except we were a little short on forks. We would definitely come back here again!

The property was great! It was the perfect location on the island & close to groceries, dining, & shopping. The property itself was nice also. We loved the pool, pool slides, & hot tubs. The beach really isn’t great for swimming but there is one that is a few miles away

Amazing Condo with a view

Our stay was amazing. It was my wife, daughter (21 months) and my mom. The unit was very clean and spacious with everything you need (including beach chairs and a pack n play and booster seat!). The view was incredible and was so close to the pool, beach, or trail to walk and run every morning!

Stay here!

This quiet, ground floor condo unit is set up perfectly for a large family and also had many extras tucked away in it to make our stay even better! The grounds and resort were immaculate with a fantastic pool and hot tubs. The location was next to a grocery store, beach and eating areas which made everything so easy and accessible. The drive to both the south and north parts of Kauai were within a nice driving distance, not too far away to go either direction. We won’t ever want to stay anywhere else! Thanks so much!

Great condo in perfect spot. The only thing is the picture of the second bedroom it looked like it had a queen and a twin bed. The twin was a pull out chair that had a twin mattress. . We had more rain than we wanted but still had a great time. We love Kauai❤️

Perfection!

With this unit being on the ground floor, you simply cannot beat the convenience of its location to the pool, restaurant, and most importantly, the ocean. Awaken to the beautiful sunrise steps from one of three lanai's, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean from either of the bedroom suites. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen clean and well stocked, and bathrooms and living room comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed every second staying here and will book this unit year after year!

Loved location of unit in complex

This unit is ground floor. The pool is steps away from the lanai and while not beachfront you can see the beach and ocean from the sliding glass door leading out to the lanai and we had a one minute walk to the ocean to watch the sunrise. My husband and I were traveling with another couple and the two master suites were perfect. The community grill right next to the pool was a nice surprise. We made a steak dinner and enjoyed drinks on the lanai.

Everything you could ask for and more!

Walking into this suite you are immediately taken by the beautiful attention to detail. Granite countertops, dark wood moulding and high end appliances. Everything you could possibly need is here. Beach chairs, water bottles and even a small cooler! We really enjoyed being steps from the beach and on the main floor. Being poolside isn’t a problem as the curfew of 10 pm is strictly enforced. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Lovely Visit

The condo was in a very convenient location to sights around the island. The resort complex was well maintained and had a nice area of walking beach in front of it along with a great pool area and very good restaurant (Oasis on the Beach). The unit itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Although it is a ground floor unit close to the pool, it was quiet. When you are sitting outside on the porch, there is a nice view of the ocean. We had to contact the owner a few times and she was very prompt in her response and accommodating. Air conditioning is nice, but there are plenty of windows for a comfortable breeze if you prefer that. The only issue we had was that the second bedroom had one actual bed and then one chair that folds out into a bed rather than two actual beds as shown in the photos. We nonetheless had a lovely stay.

Amazing Condo right next to the beach!

Condo H104 was absolutely amazing. The place was clean and inviting. Having the beach right outside the door was a game changer. It was like having our own private beach everyday. The pool was also very well taken care of and great if you wanted to mix it up and have a pool day. I was worried that having the pool so close that we would be able to hear a lot of noise in the condo from the families and children enjoying their vacation. That was not the case. When the doors were closed - you didn’t hear a thing. The condo was also in a great location. 15 min from the airport and a lot of amenities close by. The only thing I would bring up was that the picture of the place show that the second bedroom had a Queen and a Twin bed. However, it had a Queen and a chair with a hideaway bed. I believe it mentions that in the description (the picture must be old). Otherwise it was a great place and acted like home away from home when we visited Kaua’i. I would rebook the place again without hesitation.

Awesome Family Friendly Ground Floor Condo with Ocean View

This condo is beautiful, in a great location and perfect for families. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Kauai, and this condo and the beautiful resort it's located at, is what made our stay so relaxed, comfortable and fun. Unlike other condos in the resort, this one is located on the ground floor, with a beautiful patio overlooking a grassy lawn, with the pool off to the left and the resort's pretty restaurant and ocean to the right. In the mornings we would have breakfast on the patio with views of the ocean, and in the afternoons we would hang by the fun pool (with 2 water slides for the kids) or head off to the beach. The condo was clean, had everything we needed (including boogie boards and nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs). The air conditioning worked really well, beds were super comfy, and there's a washer dryer. The resort also allows you to borrow beach towels every day (at no extra cost). The location of the resort is also great. It's 15 mins from the airport, a short drive to nearby restaurants, has an on sight restaurant that serves lovely dinners right overlooking the ocean, and is half way between the north shore (30-45 min) and the south side / Poipu area. In all, we loved our stay, and couldn't have asked for anything more. We hope we have a chance to come back again soon! Thank you 😊

Perfect location on the island, perfect location on the property!

We had an amazing time! While I am able to walk, I have limited mobility, which is a big part of what drew us to the H104 unit. It was absolutely perfect for my needs! We had the pool and beach right out of the back door, and only about a minute walk to the parking lot. If we had stayed at a larger resort, we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy going to the pool or beach as much because of the distance to/from, but the ease of access from this unit was absolutely perfect for us. When we’d get back in the evenings, we’d use the hot tub until the pool closed at 10pm. The unit itself was perfectly clean, had everything you’d need in the kitchen to have some meals in, and check in/out was super easy! We were blown away by how quiet the unit was even being next to the pool and the Oasis restaurant. The air conditioning was also perfect and worked very well. Bathrooms are huge! I think Kapaa is the perfect place to stay on the island, especially if you have a car. We were easily able to get everywhere we wanted to go, and we’re close to lots of sightseeing. Some of our tours even offered pickup from the resort! While the beach isn’t super swimmable, it was great for wading in the water and hanging out on the sand. We saw several seals lounging as well! Overall we were extremely pleased with our trip, the unit, the location, and everything else. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially anyone who wants easy access in and out of the unit to the pool and beach.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We loved our time and our stay. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. We enjoyed both the amazing pool and the beach. It was great to walk out the patio door onto a beautiful grassy lawn with just a short distance to both the pool and the beach. We watched the sunrise every morning and enjoyed sitting out on the lanai. It was an added bonus the host provided beach chairs and a cooler so we were able to take lunch along with us when we explored the island. It was my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and our 25th, we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and celebrate. Adults and kids both had an amazing time. I highly recommend this condo and host. She was helpful and timely in her responses. We hope to stay here again!

A great place to stay.

We enjoyed H104. It is a great location and the room is well maintained, fully equipped and ready to go. Be aware that the second bed in the 2nd bedroom is a hideaway, but adequate as a bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
