These condos feature private lanais, bedroom air conditioning, free WiFi, and in-suite washer/dryers. With two-bedroom floor plans starting at over 1,300-square-feet, your family can relax in comfort without stepping on each other’s toes! Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice view of Wailua Bay from our lanai. Apartment does need some intervention, as in owner TLC or Property Manager action. Some lamps present fire hazard with potential for wires shorting out. Carpet and upholstery all need to be cleaned. We realize there is a lot of traffic on the carpet and the spills and red dirt do not help. Still a good location for the $$$. ##### Harland B.
