The staff is very helpful. Bathroom set-up is very strange. I got the "City View" room - end up over looking OK mart across the street. The room safe didn't work. Lobby smells like bathroom.. Plus side is the location. It's next to the arts and pier area. We were there for Christmas, and there was a Christmas market right in front. Easy access to the green line tram. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The location is very convenient as the light rail and Pier 2 are right outside the hotel. My only complaint is the modern design bathroom. I am giving it 4 stars because there’s no door to the bathroom. Although the shower and toilet are separated by a stall, there is no privacy and the noise from the bathroom can wake up other people in the room. It’s not the first time I‘ve stayed there, yet it was my frist time after pandemic. The hotel has adopted more mordern ways to check in and out which was refreshing. The location is great and it is next to the water so the walk was pleasant always.
