During our stay we didn't smell any cigarettes and our rooms were clean and well thought out (space under the bed for our luggage). The hotel is near shinjuku station and within a 15 min walk from pretty much all restaurants. "

"I love everything about this hotel. Very clean, the check in and check out were very quick, everything was done through a machine and the staff was ready to help me. I stayed over a night only just for my layover at the Haneda Airport going back to the US but it was a fantastic stay after traveling for a month! At first, i thought this hotel is located inside the terminal 3 through the international connection but luckily I got a notice from the hotel saying that it is outside at the departure side of the airport. I had to go through the immigration check but it was easy to find. "
