« Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Each room comes equipped with everything you need to make green tea and wake up with the sun. The 6th floor restaurant boasts views of Mount Fuji on a clear day...

« 部屋数が多くないせいかのんびりと過ごすのにとても良いホテルです。スタッフの方は海外方も多かったのですがとても親切丁寧な接客をしてくださいました。大浴場のシャワーヘッドとドライヤーがリファで嬉しかったです。終日雨だったため屋上で星が見られず残念。。客層も日本人が多かったので静かに過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 »

« 湯畑の目の前のロケーションは、便利で素晴らしい光景でした。 大正ロマンを感じさせる館内は、とても感じがよく、歴史を感じることが出来ました。 宿泊客が多い事から、時間制限のある夕食と朝食は、ゆっくりとする事が出来ず、スタッフの方々は、片付けを始めてしまっていた中で、少し急がざる終えない状況になったのは、少し残念でした。 しかし、清潔で温泉を心行くまで満喫できたので、よかったです。 »

« The greatest retreat from the hectic streets of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. After all those cities we came to this hotel in Minakami and never wanted to leave. We had the best time here. The people working at this hotel were always attentive and ready to help us with more than we could ask for and we hope to be back soon. »
