The house was cozy as described in the advertisement. Older home with nice updated modern kitchen appliances and bathroom. It is located in an older arts community. Charming, quiet and safe neighborhood with polite people out walking their dogs, running and riding their bikes. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only 5 minutes to the freeway for quick access to the city and to Lawrence for ballgames.
