Centrally located and dog friendly, with a free garage parking space! This is the perfect loft for your visit to Kansas City. 1300sf of space packed with 2 TV\`s, Queen beds, Netflix, high-speed internet, and everything else you could need. Please reach out with any questions, I would love to host you! Heads up, this is an older building so the walls can be a bit thin. Please note the two sleeping areas are not fully enclosed rooms. One is a room with no door and one is a loft area above the condo. Both sleeping areas do offer privacy. There is PLENTY of street parking right in front of the apartment on admiral blvd or the cross streets. Downtown KC; 1 minute from river market and 1 minute from Power and Light Uber, or street car By booking with us you waive all liability for personal injury and property loss. Do not use alcohol in excess and please exercise caution while at the property. Injuries are no fun for anyone and we want you to do nothing but enjoy your stay! There are absolutely no parties allowed and guests who break the house rules will lose their deposit, be evicted, and be immediately charged for any damages to the home. Simply treat the apartment with respect and you’ll have a wonderful stay. We finally got a call and were able to get in, but after a long drive on a hot day, I was more than a little upset.Other than that, the place is as advertised and was comfortable. Good location right next to the river market. The rail makes getting around convenient and easy. Apartment is clean and as advertised. Good communication with host. Garage area VERY tight for even my Kia Optima but street was not busy during the weekend and free parking right in front available at all times. Great location. There is a wonderful breakfast restaurant only a short walk away as well as other food and shopping options. The location was easily accessible, provided secure parking, and an easy drive to Arrowhead Stadium. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. ##### Devin C.
