We came for a little weekend away for husband’s birthday. We were able to bring our dogs. The building is dog friendly and we hardly heard any of the other dogs. If you want a reserved parking space the host is able to provide you with a permit for a small fee. Kitchen is a full kitchen and they have provided the basics you would need in utensils and cookware. Our host Ashley was great with communication and I found her instructions for everything clear and easy to follow. We had never been to this exact part of KC, but after this stay, we love it! It is Close to a great farmers style market, a nicely shaded park and a lot of diverse restaurants. This specific loft is more like a smaller studio apartment, with a bed, an air mattress & a couch. It worked fine for my wife and two kids. The property manager was great with instructions and communicated well before, during our stay. I recommend the designated parking space as well as I could see parking being hard to find.
