It was easily accessible to attractions, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel and our room was clean. We liked the covered walkway to Union Station too.

The Westin is outstanding. Room was spacious and the view excellent. The food in the lobby bar/restaurant was very good. I was not there long enough to enjoy the pool/sauna, but maybe next time. I will definitely book here again.

Very accommodating! Valet parking was the way to go. Easy access to Union Station and Crown Center. Loved the little courtesy touches in the room - lavendar roller oil on the night stand, amazing selection of cosmetics, Starbucks coffee/tea. Didnt try room service but the menu looked superb.

The people are super friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable.
We even had a Pelaton in our room.
The only negative was multiple requests for a non feathered pillow.

The Hotel and stay was nice, but for $250.00 per night, you could at least have internet in the rooms. Even a $80.00 a night cheap hotel has internet.

I was upset when at check-in even though I had booked well in advance a room with a king sized bed they informed me none were available. Instead I was downgraded to a room with two double beds that were extremely uncomfortable. For the amount of money I spend for this room, there was no mention of a discounted rate, or anything offered to accommodate this inconvenience. The staffing and seating at the restaurant/bar were inadequate for the amount of people in the area. We were unable to find a seat at anytime during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t have been better… Close to lots of shopping, restaurants and the ice-skating rink. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
