You will have access to the entire unit. This property is set up like a hotel, so please be respectful of other residents in the building.

HOUSE RULES:  
\-No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors and other guests.  
\-PARK in designated parking spots.Unauthorized parking in someone else's spot or in common areas is not allowed. This includes visitor parking spots, fire lanes, and other non-designated areas.  
Towing Policy: Vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense.  
\-If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent.  
\-We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. Please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.  
  
We DON’T host locals unless you have a compelling reason for needing the space. Please inquire first BEFORE booking, otherwise you may be subject to cancellation of your instant book reservation.
