Plenty of space for lounging, great dining room set up, everyone has their own bedroom, we were right near downtown for our event. The only draw back was pulling our minivan into the driveway. It was a little tight coming in off the street, but that was our only (very small) issue. We had three vehicles with us for my daughters's college move-in, so we wanted some off-street parking. This property was perfect for that - plenty of parking! The house is a lovely size, plenty of room for everyone. If we wanted to gather together, there was room for that, if we wanted our own alone time, there was room for that.
