However, the heating and air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. We were notified ahead of time and offered a refund, but the notice was a few days before our arrival and we weren’t able to find another place on such short notice. I did inquire about a discount but did not receive any feedback to the request. We also reached out for the Wi-Fi information and help regarding the tv projection screen and never received a response, which made things a bit inconvenient. Ultimately we found Wi-Fi password information on a small picture frame on one of the desks but it seems the screen projector was broken.
