#### Perfect Staycation for Families
My family really enjoyed our time at the property. It has all the amenities of home and is exactly as described. We even had a snow day and went out to discover that the owner had shoveled the walk and the area around our vehicle. We’d definitely stay again!

We loved staying here. We had two families and ages ranging from 3-14 and the kids really enjoyed it too. Very clean, lots of space, and the owner responds VERY QUICKLY. Would highly recommend.

#### Good House for groups
Clean house, rooms are as advertised. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently for cooking for nine although we did purchase (and leave) some extra silverware. I gave the location a 3 star as parts of the neighborhood were a bit rough on the weekend, but the neighbors close by were very quiet, nice and respectful. Overall, we would rent again.

Overall incredible weekend at this property! Great location for the KC game! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were super appreciative, he ensured our family could enjoy our time at the house! Property is beat up a bit being a rental but very CLEAN! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, blankets, and towels!!

Beautiful home. Host responded quickly. Had a very fun and relaxing stay. Felt safe in the area. Within a short distance of many places to visit. Only complaint was seeing ants and spiders (just the time of year to spray for bugs in any home). Would highly recommend booking here!

House was fantastic, a lot of space for sleeping big groups. Living room and basement couches excellent for watching tv with everyone. Walmart and food all within 2 minutes of driving and stadiums were less than 5 minutes away. Nice quiet neighborhood Great overall experience

We had 7 of us staying for a game at Arrowhead stadium. We were able to Uber back and forth with ease. The house had plenty of space for all of us and great amenities. A large bag of ice in the freezer and bottles of water in the refrigerator were a great touch.

#### Spacious property with easy access to the interstate
Plenty of seating/gathering space - our family was able to spread out throughout the house. Extra towels in the linen closet was helpful. Location was perfect, with easy access to the interstate and close by the stadium. Fire station sounds did not bother us during our stay. Easy communication with property owner.

Place was very spacious and fit everyone comfortably. It was clean when we had arrived. Only complain was that the towels were not completely dry. I would recommend this place again if traveling with a large group. Only 15 minute Ubers to to entertainment.

Enjoyed our time together and appreciated the location. Need more silverware and plates for group of 8\. Hot water in basement bathroom was just a trickle. That sink wasn't able to be used but we made do. Need blankets to fit bunk beds size in the basement.

We came to spend time with our grandkids. This house was a great setup because the kids loved the game room area. There were plenty of beds for each child to have their own bed. It was a good location to get to the zoo and other places. The host always responded quickly anytime I wrote him. The fire station nearby didn't really bother us even though you could hear them.

Property had nice space. Enjoyed the game room in basement, although lighting did not appear as bright as in photos. Upstairs floors are squeaky. Had few insects in bathroom and bedroom (spiders, ants, roly-poly). One set of sheets had dried blood and house seems to need a deep cleaning. Location is very close to fire station.

#### Nice but short on supplies
The property itself was nice and clean, and was close to the stadium/food/fun activities. We were disappointed in the lack of supplies provided though. We cooked breakfast each morning, but there was only 1 normal sized frying pan and 1 small one along with 1 pot. Extra pans or a griddle would be a nice addition. It was not very easy to cook for 10 of us staying there. Also there was no spatula, so we had to buy one to use. There were not enough plates/cups/bowls for all of us either (4 cups and 3-4 coffee cups, 8 plates, etc.) when it is to accommodate up to 10\. Extra blankets would have been nice too. Two bedrooms had comforters on the beds but the bunk room and one bedroom only had sheets on them with a throw at the foot of the bed. The downstairs is fun and we had a good time playing games/pool. That was a bonus. Side note: it is 2 doors down from a fire hall that you can definitely hear when it goes off. So if you have light sleepers, it will wake you up when they are called out. Overall, nice place, but it could use a few more supplies.

We loved the house we came into town to go to a Chiefs game. Perfect location to get to and from the stadium. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were great the bedroom downstairs was not very convenient and did not have a window large enough to qualify as an emergency exit.
