Nice hotel in a convenient area to explore. Parking lot was full one of the nights and had to park on the street. A few sketchy characters hanging around outside just like in many major cities. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

I got the best room in the hotel 435. It has the best views of downtown both and at night and during the day. The bed was a medium firmness and slept great.

We have issue with the double payment. There were 2 transaction pending. Clerical staff could not explain it. Apparently they just checked our card before we arrived and it went back to card. Our air conditioner was not working so we got another room with double beds instead king that was not so comfortable for us. Air conditioner was working but very loud. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was not much choices but ok. Overall it was not bad stay. But I was expecting better since I was a costumer in LQuinta before.

The interior and exterior were good hallways smelled amazing easy to find elevators stairs ice machine and exits. The breakfast was hot and plenty unless you arrived late on Sunday mornings. The hotel bath tub had horrible sandy dirty sediment in the tub from the spout if you showered it was not there however if you took a bath it was in your water

Check in took a long time, and the male working behind the desk was Rude. Was also charged a $5 Fee that wasn’t mentioned ANYWHERE when I booked. The wood furniture in my room had a thick layer of dust; and the cloth chair was soiled with disgusting stains! The bathroom had Mold along the floor and wall; and dirt in the corners of the floor.

This was a pretty good place to stay. It had all we needed and the usual continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, and cold items. It seemed pretty clean. We were there two nights. It was close to Union Station and the Crossroads district, which we visited both. We would stay here again.

I liked the location of the property and I liked the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff. This is only my second stay in a hotel post covid. That being said some things have changed. Here are some things I did not like: 1) One housekeeping visit seems inadequate for a 6 night stay. It having used towels lying about since there were no racks to hang them on. I had to request trash can liners from the front desk to keep trash from sitting in the room overnight. 2) Bathroom design irregularities: a) The shower door opens on the right side only, opposite of the water controls on the left side. This makes it impossible to turn on the shower and adjust the water force and the temperature before entering the shower. It was shocking to have the cold forceful blast of water hit me in the face. It caused me to loose my balance and could have resulted in a fall. I think this is dangerous and should be remedied immediately! b) No towel bars to hang towels. Since there is no place to hang wet towels, they should be removed daily otherwise the bathroom becomes messy and and takes on a damp unpleasant smell. Because this stay cost me more than a thousand dollars I expected more room service and certainly a safe shower accomodation. Thank you for your attention to these comments.

Signs outside everywhere saying to lock your car and remove valuables. Didn’t seem like a safe neighborhood. Lots of police sirens at night and also noisy construction inside the building early in the morning. Bathtub was scratched to the metal in several spots. The shower only worked halfway because the tub faucet pull was busted. Breast was nice though and bedding was clean.
