A great night’s sleep is guaranteed in the luxurious king-sized bedroom. The cushy mattresses are brand new and will ensure you look forward to going to bed! You can fall asleep in darkness or to the sound of your favorite shows streaming on the flat-screen Smart TV.

The bathroom is just past the bedroom’s large walk-in closet and features a shower/tub combo, a large vanity, and clean towels. There is also an entrance to the bathroom from the kitchen and living room area.

The kitchen and living room area have high ceilings and a modern, industrial design that perfectly reflects the urban neighborhood the apartment is located in. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for whipping up delicious meals during your stay.

The open layout gives the area a spacious feel, which allows for more than one cook in the kitchen. You’ll find pots and pans, additional cookware, dishes, utensils, and plenty of counter space. There’s also a small table with two chairs where you can enjoy your meals or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. We make your morning caffeine intake easy with a Keurig coffee machine and free K-cups.

The kitchen space opens up into the living room, making it easy to converse no matter which room you’re in. This area features a comfy couch, plush chair, and large flat screen Smart TV.

In addition to the condo, guests will also be able to access all the fantastic building amenities. The indoor pool is perfect for swimming laps or simply cooling off, and the hot tub is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of walking around town. There’s also a state-of-the-art gym in the same area, complete with cardio machines, dumbbells, and more.

You could also get your exercise in by walking around town, and there’s plenty to see and do within walking distance. Some nearby attractions include the Power and Light District, the Kansas City Convention Center, the T-Mobile Center, the Arvest Bank Theater, the Grand Ballroom, and some of the city’s best restaurants. If you’re headed somewhere further afield, there is also a streetcar stop nearby.

Guests will have full access to the private unit and all the amenities that come with it. The shared building amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, and gym. Free parking is available during your stay, which is a rare find in the city center!

Self check in via code to enter the building and unique code into apartment that is valid during hours of your stay only.

The amenities are open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Please note we are not responsible if the amenities are closed by the building management for upgrade or repair. This is not within our control.

The building management does valet trash pick up right outside the apartment door. This is very convenient but also can lead to the halls having an odor from time to time. Please rest assured the apartment does not have any odor.

We appreciate your cooperation with this.
