Ok place to stay if you don’t need anything. Internet was very poor, phone didn’t work to reach front desk. No one answered the front desk phone when called from an outside number. Staff acted inconvienced when checking in and out. Room was ok if you just want to sleep.

We arrived and were told there was no air. We could cancel and no charge incurred. I checked my card and there was a night charge. I called and I was told they would credit my card. I still haven't seen a credit from them!

When we got here, they informed us that the hotel was 78° and their air conditioner was out although they did offer us a box fan. Also, Outside the front entrance there was a nice pile of puke.

The air conditioning was broken and we did not let us know when we checked in. We overheard another customer talking about it the next day and how they were able to get fans from front desk. It was disappointing that they never told us about the broken air conditioning so we suffered through the first night. Driving up, the parking lot was tore up and it looked like a construction zone. Terrible curb appeal. The breakfast was ok and it was clean inside. We would not stay here again, though

Only plus is that hotel is close to ball stadiums. Very sketchy location. Dirty. Very unkept outside and in. No heat OR air. Gave a box fan and was told to open window. No screen on floor to ceiling window - a child/animal could fall right out. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling in multiple places in room, floor by window had dead bugs, curtain (both light blocker and sheer) looked to have dried blood on. Was way overpriced and what I would call a flea-bag hotel. Sketchy people around outside and in. Looked like some lived at location. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. If we hadn’t been in town for a game or was traveling with children/pet we would have kept driving!

It is far too hot outside for the ac to be down for at least as long as my significant and I stayed. Furthermore, the conditions onsite were obviously in violation of multiple state codes. The inside of our hotel room, was sticky, moist, and just plainly uninhabitable by anyone of warm blood. To add to this, the window in the room we stayed had no screen, being on the 4th level with no air conditioning we were forced to utilize this open window to have any hope of not sweating through our underwear. This, coupled with the only accommodation being a cheap, 15 dollar fan, left us wanting something more for the nearly 300$ spent for the nights stayed. As a side note, who in the hell requests a 100$ hold to stay at a hotel.

This property has gone downhill. When it was Drury it was nice, not now though. It was cold in our room, told front desk and they said the boilers were shut off for the season! OK?! They offered space heater, but told us only to plug into outside wall outlet or all rooms ending in 8 would blow a fuse! NOT SAFE! Space heater was loud and would get hot, then cold. Got no sleep.

Very clean and well maintained. This is an old-ish building but has been kept up well by the current owners. I had everything I needed - comfortable bed, pretty good pillows, working bathroom fixtures. The pool area is under construction, but that was not a problem for me.
