Lots of food opportunities located all around property. Terrible breakfast options very limited for amount of money being spent to stay at location. Rooms need updating also very noisy at nights due to trucker station next door.

They do not pay their employees
It is a somewhat good place to stay but it is more of a long haul stay as most guests I spoke with have been living there for 3 months.

Once you get past check in, its fine.
Rooms were fine. The clerk at the front desk was incompetent. All details of my reservation were submitted ahead of time. He got every detail wrong and it took over 20 minutes to get checked in.

I was pleasantly surprised at this place. This place was really clean and. I loved the fact the room had zero carpet. Only vinyl flooring and tiles. And the floor was very clean. Front staff was really nice. Would stay again.

Reserved two rooms for two nights, and informed the front desk the first morning that one room's toilet took 45 minutes to an hour to refill to flush again, and the other room's sink was clogged and unusable. I was told we couldn't switch either room, but he was texting housekeeping as we spoke; neither problem was ever addressed.

Beds were comfortable, ac worked good, fridge was cold and shower was hot. The Saturday check in clerk was nice and friendly. Didn’t use the continental breakfast so can’t rate that. The floors were filthy to the point we had to wear shoes the whole time or wash our feet before getting into bed. No one cleaned up between days so no clean towels or trash pulled. Had to locate an attendant and trade towels for clean ones. There a people who live here and like to “hang out” around their rooms and clutter the area with their things. ie…grills, shoes, chairs, coolers Sundays desk person was not so friendly

It smelled like mold and mildew and the bed sheets were super staticky and not particularly clean. The conditions of the property were awful, everything is in full decay. They say they have a pool but it's not open and all broken and dilapidated. They charge extra per pet and a security deposit, which is not announced at the time of the reservation on Expedia.

I had to pay an extra $50 for incidentals which I did not recieve back yet. The guy was sleeping on the floor behind the counter on the morning. The pool was locked up, gross and green.

It could definitely be cleaner on the outside...the room however was fine. We had some noisy neighbors outside one night, but they closed it up about 11pm. Not too disturbing.

Someone else's heydude shoe was behind the chair, the room had black mold in it, and the ac didn't work made loud noises and didn't cool. Would be a nice property if they cleaned up. The pool was disgusting and shouldn't even say they have one

Staff was willing to go beyond to put us into a room with a handicap accessible bathroom. Next to a truck stop so not that quiet. Otherwise all good.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel mit schlechtem Frühstück
Dieses Hotel ist schlecht. Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer mit nassem Fußboden und toten Insekten auf diesem gegeben. Das nächste Zimmer war muffig mit einem in den Ecken dreckigen Bad. Der Pool war schon länger nicht in Betrieb und nicht benutzbar. Der Gang mit den Waschmaschinen war dreckig und vermüllt. Das Frühstück war bis auf Kaffee/Saft und Cerealien nicht existent und nur auf Aufforderung wurden wenige Teilchen, Donuts und Milch bereitgestellt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war zwar bemüht, hat aber nur auf Aufforderung ein wenig Abhilfe schaffen können. Auch liegt das Hotel direkt neben einer Tankstelle für LKWs, wo in der Nacht ein konstanter Lärmpegel herrschte. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten und uns ein anderes Hotel suchen.

It was okay for a one night stay while traveling with our dog. However, we were given a second story room even thought there were first story rooms available. The pool was closed even though it was June. Breakfast was pretty awful. There were s few dried pastries and some cereal.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean place and room. The pool was closed and guests should check on it before deciding to stay if it is a deal breaker, like it was with me. I had to move because of it. Also, their internet service was variable, sometimes not available.

Super experience at check in. Very friendly and efficient staff. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Sparse breakfast but delicious coffee. Floors could be cleaner in room.
