The beds were 9 out of 10 for hardness. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever made. Trust I tried all the couch made. The kitchen had all the kitchen things one would need to cook, The view and location is cool. If the owner up grades the beds and couch place would be perfect. ##### Kurt A.
