Steps away from the vibrant downtown of Lees Summit. 20 Mins away from Downtown KC and 15 Mins away from Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums. The Space: Our recently updated home is located in a quiet neighborhood families, couples, traveling professionals yet only a few minutes walk to so many great restaurants and bars downtown Lees Summit has to offer. This 4 bedroom (all KING BEDS!!!) and 1.5 bath home has beautiful natural light and it is the perfect get away to relax, have a cup of coffee in the lounge, or just read a book during the daylight. This is a central location walking distance from all restaurants and shops. Easy highway access- only 20mins away from downtown Kansas City. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced back yard, fire pit and grill. \-3 BEDROOMS located in the 2nd floor \-1 Bedroom in the basement The aesthetic of this home was in design to replicate a comfortable setting with comfortable bedding and sheets, and thoughtful furnishings. Our home is equipped with fast wifi , fully equipped kitchen and an easy smart lock. Tastefully decorated, tidy, uncomplicated, and cozy.
