The enclosed backyard was perfect since we had our dog. Kitchen had the very basic amenities, coffee included. Each bed is different in firmness so there is a choice there. Parking on the street was not an issue except one night there was a concert near, still parked w/in a block. I just wish I could have figured out the fancy shower off the master bedroom.
