The Country Club Plaza, often referred to simply as "The Plaza," is a captivating blend of European architecture, lush greenery, and a lively atmosphere. As you step out of our doorstep, you'll find yourself immersed in a world of cobblestone streets, stunning fountains, and a wide array of high-end boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries.  
  
During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided.  
  
This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Laundry facilities are available in the a separate building.   
  
Please note: There is gated parking which requires a rear view mirror hanger. This will need to be left in the unit upon departure. If the tag is not left behind, there will be a $150 replacement fee applied.  
  
A $200 replacement fee will be applied if the key fob is not left on the counter upon departure  
  
The Plaza's pedestrian-friendly layout makes it easy to explore on foot. Should you wish to venture further, the city's efficient public transportation system and rideshare options are readily available. Additionally, major highways are easily accessible for those looking to explore other parts of Kansas City.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee. $100 per pet per month for long term stays.  
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.   
  
No parties or gatherings.   
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
